Spicy Gochu Wings Recipe

Jumbo chicken wings are marinated in OohNami’s Spicy Gochu Chili Sauce and baked until deep golden brown and perfectly crisp.

  1. Marinate the wings
    In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with the OohNami! Spicy Gochu Chili Sauce.
    Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  2. Bake the wings
    Preheat oven to 400°F.
    On a greased or foil-lined baking pan, arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Garnish and serve
