Spicy Gochu Wings

Jumbo chicken wings marinated in Oohnami! Spicy Gochu Chili Sauce and baked until deep golden brown. Served with a side of pickled ginger.

Ingredients

  • 24 large or jumbo chicken wings
  • ¾ cup OohNami! Spicy Gochu Chili Sauce
  • 4 teaspoons cilantro, minced (optional)
  • ¼ cup pickled ginger, drained

Directions

  1. Marinate the wings
    In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with the OohNami! Spicy Gochu Chili Sauce.
    Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  2. Bake the wings
    Preheat oven to 400°F.
    On a greased or foil-lined baking pan, arrange the marinated wings in a single layer.
    Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Garnish and serve
    If desired, sprinkle minced cilantro over the wings for a pop of color.
    Serve with pickled ginger on the side.
