Salmon filets glazed with OohNami! Sweet Chili Mustard Sauce and baked until fork tender.

Ingredients
- 4 salmon filets, ~6 ounces each
- ¼ cup OohNami! Zesty Chili Mustard Sauce
- 2 teaspoons cilantro, minced
Directions
- Preheat the oven
Preheat oven to 375°F. - Prepare the salmon
On a greased or foil-lined baking sheet, place the salmon filets.
Generously brush each filet with OohNami! Zesty Chili Mustard Sauce. - Bake the salmon
Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. - Finish and serve
Remove from the oven and garnish each filet with a sprinkle of minced cilantro.
Notes
- For a more elevated garnish, you may substitute microgreens for cilantro.
- This salmon pairs well with your favorite roasted vegetables and a grain of choice.
